This is a post about empowerment, not one of negativity. I have written about this subject in the past, but this message is so important that I wanted to bring it up again.

With the upcoming U.S. presidential election in focus, I wanted to remind you that regardless of which person is elected, your life will not really change as a result. If you want to change, you have to do the work and be that change. Otherwise, you will be a victim of the outside world.

Too much of how we feel is based on the circumstances of our outer environment. Doing this will only bring you pain. Instead, take a look inside of you and choose to feel joy and choose to become the best version of you. Doing this removes the hurtful reactions to the woes of the economy, the he said / she said drama, and any other lower response from the world.

There is no political savior on their way to help. You have your own power. You just have to connect to it and own it.
