This is a gentle reminder that now is a great time to take a break from your responsibilities and do something for yourself. I know that you carry a ton of weight on your shoulders. Some of that is self-imposed, some is part of your duty. You can, however, pause for a bit and relax. Here are some suggestions for you today: take a longer walk than normal, relax in a hammock, sit around and day dream, do some yoga, or just get out in nature and feel the air.

Self care only takes a few minutes per day, but is a necessity to keep your sanity. Your responsibilities aren’t going anywhere so it’s okay to take a break from them.
