Get Moving

I was listening to the Ed Mylett Podcast this week and heard something that I wanted to share with you. He said that when you are “feeling down and have low emotions, you need to get your body moving.” It’s pretty simple and effective advice and we all know to do this instinctively, but we often forget what is good for us when we are in a low state.

I tried this advice a few days ago. I had a meh sort of day and spent an hour walking. Being in nature put me in a state of gratitude and when I feel grateful, there isn’t much that can cloud my mood.
