Sunday Evaluation

Today I just wanted to challenge you to do a check in / evaluation with your goals. We all have had or currently have a big dream that we desire. We can’t lose site of those. That said, doing a weekly check in would do wonders for you and Sunday is a great day to take this on.

Here is what’s going on in my world:

  • Healthy eating – A+

    Intermittent fasting is going great! Since late December, my eating window is only 6 to 7 hours. I start eating at noon and stop right after dinner. Plus, I have reached for more healthy items. The result is a weight loss of 10 lbs. I still have a ways to go, but have lots of momentum.
  • Journaling – F

    My plan was to journal everyday and that is falling flat. I still journal, but not near as much as I planned.
  • Walking / Exercise – B+

    I have been lifting weights and walking on most days, but I need to put more intention and effort into these activities.
  • Mediation – B+

    I have been hitting it hard, but what I really want to do is mediate every morning and evening. I haven’t been sitting every evening.
  • Reading – A+

    This is going swimmingly. I have read 5 books since the start of the year and have learned so much along the way.
  • Relationships – C+

    I really need to invest more time and effort to friendships and family.


It is important to reflect on the needling moving activities for your goals. It could be as simple as what I have listed. The important thing is to make this a habit so that you don’t have portions of your life pass by without banking your wins and losses.
