People are telling lies if they have told you that life is easy. It’s far from it. There are always things that are going to present as challenges. It’s the normal flow of life. Knowing that, we can expect things to be unpredictable. And, knowing that things will change, we can now acknowledge that we have to do the work of self improvement in order to prepare ourselves for challenge. I call it work because I have say it like it is. It won’t be easy, but how many things in life do you appreciate that you didn’t work hard for? 

It is our responsibility in life to improve and it does take work. There is no other way around it.
