Sometimes it is challenging to face your responsibilities for the day and sometimes your basic, normal routine is challenging. Usually we resist these challenges due to our feelings. The thing to remember about feelings is that they are temporary. If you can get over your feelings and wants and go ahead and push through, you will find that the thing you have been dreading really isn’t that big of a deal. And, you can most likely put more effort towards it than you had planned.
We are meant to do hard things for the purpose of growth. Avoidance of hard things is the killer of dreams or one of the main causes of grief in our lives.
