We are all afraid inside.

Fear is the driver that influences us not to take the chance, take the leap, ask for help, or just live life. We can achieve a certain amount of success because we are willing to push past an average level of fear. Accepting an average level of fear means that you will not have the extraordinary life, just average. You will be basically be swimming in the lanes instead of swimming in the ocean. There is nothing exciting or exhilarating about swimming laps in a pool. The ocean, however, has lots of uncertainty, chaos, and threats, which is also known as: adventure.

Adventure sounds a lot more exciting than average. Let’s focus on 2024 being the year of doing something extraordinary, and not just for yourself but for others around you. Commit to being brave and allow yourself go for the big dream.

Today we honor Martin Luther King Jr., who was probably shaking with fear when threats to his life and his family’s life happened continuously. He pushed past fear, in the biggest way, and lived out his divine assignment to the very end. His dream was so big that it wasn’t just about him or his circles, but it included everyone. That is bravery. Fear didn’t win the war.
