Ready For Service

I have a quick challenge for you today: ask yourself if you are working hard to keep your physical body in good shape?

We all know that we feel blah when we don’t get a work out or if we eat poorly, but the importance of keeping yourself in shape is to boost your energy and vitality to be ready for service through your craft and contributions.

Its been a weird season and I have missed a few workouts and, as a result, have been feeling blah lately. I don’t want to feel that anymore.
