Right about now, your new year’s resolutions are becoming more and more challenging. That is because that fire inside of you has to compete with the old habits you have created.

Your mission is to connect to your why every time it is hard. Connecting to your why will help you to remember that achieving your dreams will have so many benefits on the other side of the work.

Maybe you need to lose the weight so that you can do a better job of protecting and providing for your family. Or maybe you just need to finally do it for you because you deserve it. Maybe you need to pull yourself out of a financial hole so that you can breathe more easily.

Whatever your why is, you have to connect to it continuously. Close your eyes. Take some breaths. Envision your best self and take the steps to live that life. Build this habit up so that it gets easy to remember why you do these hard thing.
