What Are You Feeding Yourself?

Today I want to challenge what you are bringing into your life. Without thinking much about it, you know what is good for you and what is not. If you are eating unhealthily, you know that you feel sluggish and miserable afterward. If you are telling yourself mean and hateful things, you go into longer feelings of sadness or depression. And, if the people you surround yourself with aren’t helping you, but are hindering you, you will take steps backwards instead of forward.

Part of this challenge today is to simply analyze what you are ingesting and maybe begin to ask yourself “what isn’t serving me any longer?”

We only get one shot at this life. We have to make the most of it and sometimes just showing up and asking for the truth is all that it takes to propel you into the life of your dreams.
